Hello Food Nanny Members!
Today…we are running around like chickens with our heads cut off.  Here are your meals for the week:
Meal A

*Greens – Blue Moon Farm

*Peach Dressing – peaches, olive oil, honey, cumin, salt, lime juice

*White Bean Chili – celery, onions, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, white beans, veggie stock

*Honey Wheat Rolls – yeast, water, butter, honey, eggs, buttermilk, vital wheat gluten, salt, whole wheat flour

*Fruit Salad – yummy! Yummy!…Fruit Salad…In your Tummy!

Meal B

*Beef Brisket or Black Bean Quinoa Patties with Rosemary and Garlic Infused Mashed Potatoes and Corn – Beef Brisket is seasoned with garlic, paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, onion powder. Quinoa Patties are made with quinoa, black beans, spinach, red onion, feta, salt, pepper, eggs, panko bread crumbs, smoked paprika and red pepper flakes. Mashed Potatoes are made with milk, cream, butter, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. Corn is just good ol’ sweet corn.
